Anne’s Wisdom:

— Do something outrageous every day.  Not illegal or immoral, just fun and surprising, and from your heart.
“What happened?”  You — MAKE things happen.
— Stretch yourself.  Wear a rubber band around your wrist to remind yourself to STRETCH – your body, your mind, your attitudes.  Take calculated risks.
— Read as much as you can, as often as you can.  With knowledge comes power and lack of fear.
— Clarify your vision and goals.  Never give them up.  Be creative about how to achieve your goals.
— Use your words wisely: people judge you by the way you speak.
— Keep your attitude positive.  Erase negative thoughts from your mind.  Avoid negative people.
— Be the best you can.  Settle for only the best.  Life is all about enhancement.
— Don’t waste time on anything you don’t love doing.
— Keep your body, brain, and spirit in peak condition: train like an athlete.  Eat sparingly, drink water, exercise, make love, and meditate.
— Take a few minutes, several times a day, to lie down on the floor, with your feet up, and relax.
— Don’t forget to laugh!
