Dr. Nancy Irwin originally trained as an opera singer; a lovely southern lady from Atlanta. Both her Bachelor and Masters are in Music and Opera Performance. She even sang in Carnegie Hall. In New York City she became one of the many seeking singer/actress stardom but ended up being successful doing something else. Off to Los Angeles because she was a blond, there after a successful stint as a comedian she turned her back on the entertainment world to become a psychologist and made her U-Turn after working with a shelter. Her new book titled: You Turn, chronicles 43 transition stories of making successful U-turns in life…real people that have changed themselves and their lives forever.
